Greta holds a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences with an emphasis in Clinical Dietetics and a master’s degree in health education, both from the University of Missouri. She began working with the Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in February 2006 and has since expanded her role to provide nutrition education across a variety of programs and throughout the community.
Through WIC, she provides nutrition and breastfeeding education and support, along with individual nutrition coaching and counseling—helping clients improve their health through personalized nutrition strategies and sustainable lifestyle changes. She also facilitates the Free to Be You class, focused on building healthy habits and supporting sustainable weight loss, and collaborates with other programs and community organizations to expand access to nutrition education.
