1st & 3rd Thursday of the Month: Foot Clinic by Appt.

2nd Thursday of the Month: WIC by Appt.

Office Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nursing Services:
Monday through Wednesday 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. to noon

No nursing services on Fridays.
