Financial support for residents of audrain county for medical-related needs
This program is supported by funding through the ACHD’s Audrain County Team For Assistance. It is designed to offer assistance to Audrain County residents requiring financial support for medically related needs such as, but not limited to, prescriptions, durable medical equipment, and office visit co-pays.
Funds are limited and must be coordinated through the Audrain County Health Department.
