Financial support provided by united way of audrain county
This program is supported by the United Way of Audrain County. It is designed to offer assistance to individuals requiring financial support for medically related needs such as, but not limited to, prescriptions, durable medical equipment, and office visit co-pays.
Funds are limited and must be coordinated through the Audrain County Health Department.
