Toenail and foot care services
The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) offers basic toenail care services by appointment only at our Mexico location every Monday, Wednesday, and the Thursdays we are not in Vandalia each month.
The cost is $20 per visit ($23 when paying by card).
We also provide foot clinic services at our Vandalia Building on the first and third Thursdays of each month, also by appointment only. We are only able to accept cash or check in Vandalia.
Please note that foot clinic services are provided by ACHD nurses. We do not have a podiatrist on staff; therefore, we are unable to diagnose, treat, or remove corns, calluses, or other foot conditions.
