As summer winds down and the new school year approaches, it's time to make sure your children have all the vaccinations they need to stay healthy and meet school requirements. The Audrain County Health Department is making it easy with dedicated Back-to-School Vaccine Clinics.

When: By appointment only, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Dates: Monday, August 4 OR Monday, August 11

Vaccines Available by Grade Level
Kindergarten Students Need:
MMR (booster)
Chicken Pox (booster)
DTaP (booster)
Polio (booster)
Hepatitis B (catch-up only, if needed)
8th Grade Students Need:
Tdap/Tetanus
MCV4/Meningitis
12th Grade Students Need:
MCV4/Meningitis (booster)
Important Information
Insurance Accepted: We work with most insurance plans to keep costs manageable for families.
Parental Supervision Required: All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive vaccinations.
Bring Records: Please bring your child's current vaccination record so we can determine exactly which vaccines are needed.
Can't Make the August 4 or 11 dates?
Don't worry! If you can't attend the special Back-to-School clinics on August 4 or 11, vaccines are also available at ACHD by appointment only on:
Mondays
Wednesdays
Thursdays
