My favorite part of the job is talking with moms—not just about breastfeeding, but about motherhood in general. She began working with the Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in February 2006 and has since expanded her role to provide nutrition education across a variety of programs and throughout the community. Through WIC, she provides nutrition and breastfeeding education and support, along with individual nutrition coaching and counseling—helping clients improve their health through personalized nutrition strategies and sustainable lifestyle changes.
